Citizens for an Elected Lisle-Woodridge Fire Protection District
Our Story
Citizens for an Elected LWFPD District Board of Trustees assembled in September 2023 with the goal of changing the Board of Trustees for the Lisle-Woodridge Fire Protection District from appointed to elected. We are concerned citizens of the Fire District that believe it is essential to ensure that our Fire District trustees truly represent the interest and wishes of our community. We stand strongly behind this nonpartisan grassroots movement to enable district residents to have a voice in the placement on their Fire District trustees.
